What will be updated with the integration?
When a new order comes in, you would have to make a stock out transaction separately on BoxHero. Now, an automatic sales order and stock out transaction can be created with the newly updating integration features.
You will also be able to check and handle orders of various sales channels all in BoxHero.
- Automatically creating a sales order and stock out transaction
- Checking your order status on BoxHero
- Integrating with various E-commerce channels
- Accurate stock out transaction for set or bulk items available with checking feature
💡 E-commerce integration is only available on the BoxHero desktop for now. Mobile app support is currently in preparation.

Sign up for Shopify or other E-commerce channel integration

The very first E-commerce channel to be integrated is Shopify. (Beta test release expected on Jan. 2022!)

How to Use BoxHero Integration:
- Log in from BoxHero desktop web
- Go to ‘Purchase & Sales’ and click ‘Integration’ and link with the E-commerce channel you are currently using.
- When an order comes in, a sales order is automatically created on BoxHero.
- Check the items to go out based on the received order. You can also check the set or bulk items by barcode scanning as well.
