Q8: Target Group
Who are the early adopters? Include age, occupation, gender, interest etc
Q9: Target Group behaviour
What do they currently think, feel and behave towards the category/ product area? What they are currently doing that we need to change? Any barriers that exist? Any specific challenge the brand faces?
Q10: What role will your brand play in the life of users?
Think about other brands and what role they play in your life. Eg: Trip advisor, apple, tinder etc. Now think about what role your brand is going to play
