Kids Need Brain Training

Schools and the education system are recognizing that kids need brain training as much as other subjects. Kids want to and need to learn but who teaches our kids how to learn. If kids knew how to learn math, reading or a language easier and faster what impact would it have on their life potential?

Schools and the general education system are not fully equipped to help every kid reach their full intellectual potential. Exstensive psychology research in a field known as Relational Frame Theory, has identified what are known as “relational skills” as the basic building block skills that underlie our intelligence. These relational skills are involved in understanding the relationship between things and how things are connected. As kids go through the education system the relations understanding between objects, numbers, words etc. get more and more complicated. The relational skills a child needs to understand high-level mathematics or to read and speak well, are more advanced skills. The good news is that relational skills can be taught to any child through a form of “brain training”, and dozens of published researcher studies have now shown this, and argue that this is the kind of training every child needs to really maximize their potential in school and in life.

Relational skills brain training teaches a range of crucial relational skills that help to sharpen intellectual ability.
