I want to stop for one minute.

A year ago, I jumped full-time on my startup — brainsfeed.

Quick takeaways:

-I made all the mistakes I tried to avoid. In the end, failing forward is what matters the most. Books don’t help that much. Learning by doing is essential.

-Never take “No” for an answer. Truth is I wouldn’t have finished the first day otherwise. I got punched in the face all the time. But that’s okay.

-Running a startup is like being on a roller-coaster, a lot of ups and downs, high speed but no seat belt. That’s where being naive and optimistic help.

No matter what’s coming, it will be a fantastic opportunity to learn. Uncertainty is the essence of life, and it fuels opportunity. It is the fire that sparks innovation and the machine that pushes us forward.

1,000 cups of coffee later, I am still 100% confident in our ability to make it happens.

Cheers,

AV.
