I differ on certain points here, Gary. Firstly, I don’t think in a B2C space there is scope for scrappiness. There maybe place for products solving just a small piece of the entire problem statement it began to address, however something that does not look good enough for an end user to use or needs him/her to learn another way of working will make it less acceptable, especially when the users have their old ways working for them, howsoever clumsy or tedious they may be.

Secondly, intuitive interfaces make for a smooth transition for an old user and a ease of adoption for a new one. This will bring down the challenges of embracing something new into an already existing system and also the time to learn would be shorter, making it more acceptable.

What is your take in these points? Would be glad to hear.
