Good customer service can come in many ways. Depending where you’re at, it could also mean different things. One thing particular about good customer service in any environment is it requires one to be nice to the customer and genuinely seem like they’re trying to do what they can in order to help. In most places such as restaurants, car repair shops, etc. it also requires being fast. When eating at a restaurant, if your server is not nice, and he/she is not fast with getting your order, drinks, salads, etc. then they probably will not receive a very good tip. Generally, when giving good customer service it is mainly important to be especially nice to whoever you’re giving service to, be fast with the service, and genuinely seem like you care and are doing everything in your power to help the customer, even if you are not, and despite the behavior of the customer.
