I think the most important qualities in a good salesperson is perseverance and charisma.The nicer and more outgoing somebody is, the more likely you will be to want to give them your money. Nobody wants to buy anything from someone who is mean-spirited and quiet. The salesperson always needs to know a vast knowledge of the product or service they are trying to sell as well. Customers like to feel confident in what they are buying and it is the salesperson’s job to make sure the customer feels as comfortable as possible with the purchase
