As a decentralized employee recruitment platform, any company can purchase our HIRE tokens to post their job on the BravuzHireMatch network. The job gets published via a Smart Contract on the Ethereum Blockchain.
Next, an agent that matches the specific requirements gets notified and can begin referring through their personal networks prime candidates. The brilliant thing is that agents can be both humans and applications, gaining full scope of the best, available candidates out there.
