Why ES6 is the best thing since bread.slice()

&& how to jump in and never look back (slide-deck)

This past week I did a talk at the London, Ontario Front-End Developer Meetup. It was a 45 minute introduction to EcmaScript 6/2015 and some of its features, as well as why and how we should all be using it ASAFP!

I’ve now put the slides up on github:

The slides are pretty high level, so if there’s something in there you’d like an explanation on or want to chat about ES6… hit me up on twitter or on the ldnont-dev slack channel.

Also a huge plug to reveal.js which I tried out for the first time to make these slides. It is pretty freakin’ cool. Pressing ‘S’ to launch speaker mode blew my damn mind!

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
