This week, a Facebook Live broadcast of police raiding the #NoDAPL resistance camp had over 30,000 simultaneous viewers. 18 hours later, the video had 1.4 million views. Broadcasts from several other water protectors at Standing Rock reached hundreds of thousands.

Activists have also used Facebook Live to broadcast sit-ins at congressional offices, blockades at Trump Tower and to highlight the struggle of people who live in Brazilian favelas against the Rio Olympics.

Join a webinar with Randall Smith, director of PowerLabs, to learn how you can use Facebook Live to amplify your next action and bring people into the movement.

In this webinar, we’ll explore:

- The basics of Facebook Live — how to broadcast, how to build an audience, and how to interact with viewers
- How to move people from Facebook spectators to movement participants
- The gear that will improve the quality of your broadcast
