Welcome to UX Fight Club.

The first rule of UX Fight Club is: you do not talk about UX Fight Club, you write about it.

The second rule of UX Fight Club is: you DO NOT talk about UX Fight Club!

Third rule of UX Fight Club: if someone yells “stop!”, goes limp, or taps out, the fight keeps going, because we don’t respect people here.

The Purpose

We have fun here, but the real purpose of UX Fight Club is to squeeze all of the knowledge we can out of contestants, especially considering the User Experience questions that don’t have obvious answers.

We’re looking for the UX and PM topics that make long-time UX Designers want to fight other designers.

We’re looking for UX topics that encourage street brawls, bar fights, and all-out verbal warfare.

We’re looking for these topics to encourage learning and growth.

The Requirements

Every UX Fight Club article should include:

  • At least 2 fighters with their names and photos.
  • A dialogue and a commentary.
  • At least 1,200 words.
  • At least 5 insults.
  • Verbal eye-gouging.

And that’s pretty much it. The most important thing I’m looking for is a topic that makes UX/PM-ers want to speak out and voice their opinions.
