Swarm Fund: A Decentralized Financial Marketplace For Tokenized assets

Originally launched in 2014, Swarm Fund is a fully decentralized capital marketplace that provides cryptocurrency investors access to high-return, institutional-style investment funds backed by real-world assets, detailed the compliance-oriented structure. Swarm fund core objective is creating a global inclusion where anyone, anywhere in the world can participate in the creation of value within the crypto space and to capture opportunities in new types of real world asset-backed tokens, These real world assets usually ranges from real estate to solar and renewable energy. The list goes on and on.
Swarm Decentralized Governance Consensus:
One of the interesting things about Swarm fund is their approach of governance. A governance protocol is very much important in any blockchain based platform. Swarm Fund approaches the problem of governance with a sustainable and unique network governing protocol.
Swarm Fund features a network democracy that gives users of the Swarm platform a chance to participate in the platform’s decision making process.
In order to participate in the decision making process, Users of the Swarm fund platform will need Swarm (SWM) tokens. The users votes are stake-weighted. This depends on the volume of tokens a user holds. The more tokens a user owns, the more influence their votes has over the Swarm network.
The Stake-weighted liquid democracy that Swarm fund proposes is a highly flexible governance model which accommodates anything from one-member ~one vote to traditional corporate arrangements to novel forms of collectives. It also appropriately incentivizes the many different types of possible contributions to a network (code, community contributions, funding) and allows for both decision making capability and rewards.
Swarm Dual Token Model:
Swarm platform will feature two different layer tokens. The first layer — being Swarm(SWM) Tokens; are the native tokens that powers the Swarm platform. In a nutshell:
“Swarm Tokens are the fuel of the Swarm network ecosystem”
The Swarm token essentially grants users with the ability to create subfunds, participate in token offerings of Swarm projects, get access to information that is exclusive to our network, and execute network governance functions (ie participating in the Platform’s decision making process). Swarm tokens can be acquired during the Swarm ICO coming up soon (more details on the Swarm ICO below). SWM tokens are standard ERC20 tokens that runs on Ethereum network.
While the second layer tokens are Cryptographic tokens which will be used in the underlying sub-platforms which will be built using the Swarm Utility Network. Swarm utility network tokens can be custom to each project.
Once the Swarm network launches, It will allow participants of SUN to release their own tokens (SUN Tokens) for their application, against which they can raise their own application liquidity, ultimately in both crypto and fiat funds.

With the Swarm Crypto hedge fund, Users can create a blend of selected best trades based on proprietary algorithms, market-neutral quantitative models and fully automated execution.

During the very long judicial foreclosure timelines this provides 2–3+ years of rental income, and in some cases the fund is even able to clear liens at a steep discount and immediately sell the property at profit. This produces exceptionally high cash returns and is an excellent opportunity, even in an economic downturn as Swarm platform distressed real estate subfund has a high return of 30% or more.

Swarm Fund is hosting an initial coin offering (ICO) where Swarm platform native tokens “SWM” will be offered for sale to early investors. The funds raised during the ICO will be used to fund further development of Swarm platform and ecosystem.
