Brew is a beautiful new app that lets creators focus on what they love and do what they do best: create.

With an estimated 700,000+ podcasts available online, we wanted to provide a platform that lets creators — big or small — monetize their shows, enabling them to focus on creating quality content. By publishing members-only content and other extras on the app, creators can engage with their fans and listeners in a way that has never been done before in the podcasting world.

We don’t like to complicate things so here’s a quick preview: Brew has all of the podcasts available for your listening pleasure for free, along with your favorites. For $4.99/month, you can get access to content only available on the app from Youtube stars like Karl Smallwood, Allana Pratt and Christian Villanueva.

What sets us apart from other podcast apps? Read on:

1. Brew lets you focus on creating content.

Since we launched mid-March, we’ve received 1300+ subscribers, eager to support the shows and creators they love. Read about Brew here, download the app and sign up as a creator. After you sign up, you’ll have access to the Creator Dashboard which lets you upload new episodes, check listener stats as well as track your earnings, payment details and summary.

2. Brew is creator-centric.

Brew is set to become the largest catalog of original podcast content in a matter of months, and the key is providing multiple avenues of doing that. In the next few months, live podcasting will be introduced, also the first of its kind. Brew will be the first to introduce live podcasting, creating an experience that is similar to talk shows and radio. We’ve been talking to established podcasters about the feature and they love the idea. We’ll eventually add user engagement and tipping features.

3. Brew knows that when we support creators, everybody wins.

We are the team who built Buy Me A Coffee, a payments product now used by more than 45,000 creators. We iterate and ship fast. The one metric that we focus on is creator happiness. If creators are happy and making money, they will drive organic growth and build a highly defensible marketplace.

In five to ten years, there will be millions of creators making a living out of doing the things they love.

We know that there are tons of podcast apps available out there, but monetizing has largely been left to the podcast creators themselves through sponsorships or ads.
