“Fuck Trump”

A rant poem

Fuck Trump
And your MAGA hats
Black trans women are dying
Black cis women are dying
Black men are dying

Fuck corrupted cops
With their trigger fingers
And their evidence planting
Brotherhood of cover ups
Brotherhood of catching bodies
Worse than the gang-bangers everyone loves to hate
Blue Lives Matter is the biggest gang I know
Followed by the KKK

This is our Amerikka
Shoving kids in concentration camps
Making Adolf proud from the grave
Separating kids from their parents
Even if they’re still breastfeeding
What type of shit is this?

Everyone loves avocados
But no love for the workers
Breaking their backs
Getting skin cancer from the sun’s rays
Just so you can have your precious avocados in the grocery store

They claim Jim Crow is dead
But I never heard about his funeral
He ain’t dead
He just moved to the prisons
Sitting in his office chair
Stealing lives away from young black men and women
For a lil’ weed
Meanwhile, weed dispensaries are popping up everywhere
As gentrification spreads like the plague

Fuck Trump
Your precious corrupted cops too
While I’m at it
Fuck the white women who hide their racism behind a fake smile
It’s only a matter of time before their bigotry comes out
Fuck the white college kids
Who think blackface and KKK rallies are cool
Who ignore their history
The bloodshed
The whip digging into black skin with each —
CRACK!
The raped women
The separated families

While I’m at it
Fuck every bystander
You’re just as bad
For simply letting it happen
“One person can’t change anything”
If I had a dime for every time that excuse left someone’s lips
I’d be able to pay everyone’s school loans

I’m full of fucks to give
I’ve had it up to hear
Full to the brim
With anger
With sadness
With confusion
With grief
So much that I can’t even see
The forest from the trees

Wake the FUCK up! — Pray Tell, played by Billy Porter in Pose on FX
