Whether Apple executives really dropped out of a flying airplane just to show off a flying table of contents, I don’t know. They did, however, drop on us a lot of news, some more interesting than others. While WWDC 2024 won’t go down in history as the most intriguing one of them all, it certainly was different and action packed enough to keep us all entertained about as much as some of their Apple TV+ shows like Silo, Dark Matter or Severance did and apparently will again really soon. Who knew Apple TV+ was already five years old, and out of those five, it boasts the highest rated originals for three years running? As a fan, it checks out though, a lot like the rest of the keynote, starting with visionOS.

It’s hard to believe, but it has actually been a year since the first unveiling of Apple’s new Vision Pro operating system, and it seems the very first release was far less clunky than many critics expected. Some might say, it is the most polished virtual and augmented reality operating system out there. But then again, when you’re comparing it to anything that Meta does, it’s not hard to stand out.
