In order for them to do this successfully they need interpersonal skills that help them work with people on the team and clients alike. These soft-skills are vital in order for Web3 developers to succeed in their career.
Developers need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with their team members. They also need to be good listeners, have empathy, and the ability to understand a problem from someone else’s perspective.
Being able to communicate clearly is really a must have as web3 developer, which means that they need to know how to use your words effectively and avoid jargon or technical language in conversations with stakeholders or clients who don’t speak the same technical language as they do.
