Bridge Passport System Upgrades — Vaccine Verification and more

The Bridge Passport is now even better! We have listened to you and heard the feedback, now we want to share our improvements.

1. Network fees are now dynamic based on the market price of BRDG, no more flat fees. This ensures a truly decentralized offering for Bridge services.

2. COVID-19 Vaccine Verification is live.

• Bridge will not store your vaccine information, but allow customers to be able to digitally share their vaccine-status at establishments that require this.

Your personal medical records are very private and using Bridge and the blockchain help keep it that way.

3. Phone Number Verification is now supported and live!

-Here’s how Phone Verification works: the owner of the phone number is sent a time-sensitive numerical code via an SMS message, which they then type back into their Bridge App to prove their identity, typically at the time of signing up for a new passport.

• Understanding why and how fake accounts are being created has led businesses to turn to phone verification to protect users from fraudulent activity.
