….Sounds like Cryptolina 2018!
Over the weekend, the team was in attendance for a blockchain and cryptocurrency convention in Raleigh, NC.
The event, Cryptolina, began in 2014 and has hosted some great names in the blockchain space over the years.
Unlike the cryptocurrency markets; the Raleigh Convention Center was teeming with energy!
We want to see this event continue to grow and believe that Raleigh is a perfect hub for the expanding blockchain industry. Big names like IBM, SAS, Cisco and Wells Fargo have found a home in Raleigh, NC. Bridge is proud to call Raleigh home, too!
Bridge Protocol was happy to be an event sponsor and show our support with an information booth. We were able to converse with projects and enthusiasts across the sphere and make some great connections!
The team was able to sit in on some interesting presentations; they ranged in subject from legal compliance, education and mining. The speakers were sharp and brought new perspective to the table. They had a broad range of backgrounds including R&D, civics, finance and RegTech.
With the informative talks, we also ran across a lot of people in attendance that were seeking a greater understanding. Many individuals came knowing only what the headlines tell them. These same individuals left with a great knowledge in the strengths of blockchain technology.
Throughout the event, we got to meet great people like Tatiana of CryptoMediaHub, Christopher Franko of Expanse, Spencer Whetstone of ZenCash as well as Joe and Jonel of Dragonchain. It was great to hear about the endeavors that they are all undertaking.
We thank the organizing team for the warm welcoming and excellent planning. It was great to see all the innovation on display and meet the brilliant minds behind it.
