“The lucid dream, located as it is at a crossroads between worlds and states of consciousness, places the magician in a unique position to influence the delicate balance of consciousness and the interplay it has on matter in the waking state, and is thus an opportunity to test one’s ability in the art of adjusting the mutable fabric of Maya.” Zeena Schreck.

Many of us want to learn about our capabilities. We read ancient teachings to glean wisdom and engage in self-experimentation. We might test ourselves mentally or physically or look into our psyches for answers.

If you’re interested in lucid dreaming, doubtless, you too are a seeker. Or should I say someone who embarks upon remembering themselves, peeling back layers like those of an onion to see what’s hidden at their core?

My experience tells me that we are pure consciousness. We arose from this consciousness to become individuals and discover ourselves by experiencing life. Of course, you may feel differently. Everyone’s views are valid, and we don’t all hold the same perspectives.

Still, perhaps, like me, you enjoy learning about others’ experiences and are open-minded.
