The waves were nothing big, but the water was calm and as clear as it gets for Linda Mar. I paddled out to the northernmost break after a few rides above the pump house and nestled into the bowl that peaked the wave.

I dropped in, left, scooted up on the board and crouched as the ocean slipped underneath me and I glided over turquoise water and gold sand.

Pacifica seems to get a wonderful smell at night. The fog dampens the noise, and a pleasant smoky smell settles in. One day, I will live in Pedro Point.
