7/9 — Linda Mar

I drove to Linda Mar a bit tired. The waves were rippling and peaks were moving. I started at boat docks, dropping into small lefts and using the front of the board like a longboard to stay in the shoulder. The water on the south side is clear, and kelp fingers passed underneath.

I paddled all the way up past the pump house, catching a wave or two at each peak. The size grew, and at the last peak I dropped fast into a smooth right. I pulled back into it, crouched, and pulled a straight line until it closed out.
