8/12–13,8/17–21 — Martin’s Beach and Linda Mar

I wanted to write about every day surfed. The texture of the water, the Friday when it was as warm as a pool, the new board, the whales and the cave exploration. But every time I went to write, I instead went back out again. So here we are, with 7 days of unwritten exploration, surfing obscure spots like Martin’s Beach, and exploring different parts of the coastline, holding onto the slimy cliffs and dipping into 2 large days at Linda Mar.

For now, the pictures will say something.
