I’m pleased to introduce Brightback, the customer retention startup. We are shining a bright light on the shady world of customer retention and aim to help subscription businesses everywhere reduce churn, grow lifetime value, and adopt data-driven best practices.

After all, we spend so much time and money acquiring customers- isn’t it time the subscription industry has a first class way to plug the most avoidable reasons why customers leak from the bottom of the funnel?

I’ve been joined by Cory Watilo, Design & UX co-founder, who brings mad skills as co-founder of Preact and first product designer at Heap Analytics. With Cory onboard, I’m confident the Brightback experience will forever be easy & intuitive.
