Music has been a part of my life for a really long time. My mom was a sound engineer at the national radio station, so I grew up in studios listening to various artists. Considering that lead to my singing career it is safe to say it made a huge impact on my life.

Whenever life gets me down, music lifts me up. It’s amazing how something so simple can make a difference in your mood.

Music can influence our mood on an emotional level, using lyrics that speak to us or on a vibrational level, combining frequencies that “feel good”.

As we know, “Certain frequencies of sound are used as part of therapies in order to manipulate human brainwaves to promote healing of the body and mind. Sound frequency healing has been used to treat several different kinds of ailments such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and disorders of the nervous system.”
