Make Your Own College

I’ve seen a bunch of ideas around this space, but nothing that’s fully clicked for me yet. Suppose college was totally disaggregated and you could take any class from any university you wanted. Then suppose that most students needed to study in groups and get help from TA’s. How would you build a college that gave this type of flexibility along with community and individual support? Could we move to a system where there were guidelines for certification based on a course of study from accredited universities? The last may not be a killer because students can always show mastery for whatever job they are applying to.
