June Focus: LGBTQ Gamers

We’re excited to start showcasing games again. Each month, the Reborn & Better-than-ever Brinkbit Blog (TM) will feature great people and projects based on a different theme. Some months that theme will be an emerging genre or promising new platform. We’ll also be featuring folks from the broader video games community including press, streamers, modders, and fandoms, as well as other game technology companies like us.

June is pride month, so we’re highlighting work by LGBTQ members of the gaming community and their contributions. Over the next month, we’ll be looking at…

• How Twine and other game-authoring tools make storytelling accessible for queer writers and narrative designers
• Gay developers increasing LGBTQ representation in AAA games at studios like BioWare
