Why Does Evil Exist?

Evil exists from the results of the selfishness of man. If you look around, humans tend to always bring evil to the table. Take Adam and Eve, for example, the fact they disobeyed was a selfish act. I believe evil exists in this world to humble us and have us understand who is the one that controls everything. Evil has to exist for our faith to be tested. God is all-knowing, God knows every action you make and your intention behind it. You either learn from the evil actions around you or you fall into it. Your faith will be tested because of evil but that is when you turn to God.
