Lockerbie, a small town situated in Scotland, will forever be associated with Pan Am 103 and what transpired on December 1988. BBC’s The Bombing of Pan Am 103, exceptionally well-delivered, is unquestionably one of the best period dramas to hit British television screens. The six-episode mini-series, with well-known faces portraying persons that experienced the bombing, stars Connor Swindells, Eddie Marsan, Peter Mullan, Lauren Lyle, Phyllis Logan, Tony Curran and Patrick J. Adams.
The Bombing of Pan Am 103 also features Merritt Wever, James Harkness, Amanda Drew, Molly Geddes, Nicholas Gleaves, Douglas Hodge, Alastair Mackenzie, Kevin McKidd and Dominik Tiefenthaler.
The drama, co-written by Jonathan Lee and Gillian Roger Park, was directed by Michael Keillor. The Bombing of Pan Am 103, available worldwide via Netflix, was televised in two episode increments beginning on Sunday 18 May 2025 and concluding on Wednesday, 2 June 2025.
