The subject of energy healing and how to heal yourself is as old as humanity itself. When it comes to energy healing, it is such a broad process that might blind an individual into seeing the entire process, where it can be accomplished through applying these techniques. And things like diagnosing, treatments, therapies, and cures are only vehicles of the healing process, and this is the important point as you will see later.

Energy healing refers to the method by which a person receives treatments through energy stimulation of the healing process. The sources of energy could be from a machine or another human being.
