And I’ve Finally Had the Strength to Write About it

It seems as though few people discuss how recovering from narcissistic programming deeply transforms you. It’s like becoming unrecognizable to everyone who knew you when you operated under the defunct coding.
For those of you who have read through my articles here on Broken Flower Pots and have chosen to follow me, it may seem like my mission and point of view have changed drastically. Well, here’s the truth — it has.

When I began writing here on Medium, I was in stage one of recovery. Still dealing with victimhood, using serial dating as a means to feel loved and heard, and constantly blaming my family for my lack of boundaries and emotional health. I was so disempowered. I was stuck in cycles, feverishly trying to get out without taking mindful, necessary steps. It was a PTSD crash, no doubt about it.

I chose to write content on becoming informed about the ways of narcissistic programming and the facets of life which are greatly impacted. It helped me get a cerebral understanding of what happened in my life.

My healing journey began at the end of 2018. Now in 2021, have worked through stages one and two and stand firmly in stage three. This is what I’d like to share with you. Just what it’s like to make it to the other side. Not that I am promising utopia. Or that it will happen in three years for you too. Time is fluid anyway. For me, there are still triggers, there are still challenges. But stage three for me is more about energy. It’s about a frequency.

So even though I am still a part of a narcissistic family, my energy allows me to stay in integrity. It allows peoples’ deceptive ways to bounce right off of me. I can allow myself to feel emotions and send them on their way. Those emotions no longer get lodged in my auric field, blocking any abundance from reaching me. I have let go. I have learned. And now I am teaching.

You can learn more about my story, my tool for helping others recover, and the same for 24 other holistic practitioners, spiritual teachers, and authors in an extremely resourceful book titled, The Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing Volume 4. I’ve authored chapter 12, Ditch the Dysfunction: Using Personal Astrology to Find Your True Power. In it, I explain my father’s adulterous ways and how that ancestry led me to learn more about myself. Because the way to true healing is empowering one's self. Turn your focus.

To get started and pivot your healing journey, join my free 5 Day Breakthrough. You will get the cerebral grip on moving forward and an invitation to an esoteric way to finally leave narcissistic programming behind.

If you feel that you have successfully made it through stages one and two and would like to discover more of yourself from a spiritual and metaphysical perspective, check out my Soul Purpose Pivot program.

Grab a copy of the book, schedule a discovery call. I’d love to speak with you.

In devotion to your healing,
