BBQ Mac-N-Cheese

We love BBQ, especially after living in Kansas City for nearly seven years. This is a good one to make if you have cooked up some shredded pork. Perfect to serve on the side at a get together with friends!

Ingredients:
1 box elbow noodles
1 cup shredded pork, chopped
6 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup (plus more if needed) whole milk
1 cup BBQ sauce, spicy if desired
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 package mushrooms, roughly chopped
sriracha, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute bacon, then chop it, and set aside. Saute mushrooms and set aside. Cook pasta with just 1 inch of water covering the noodles. When all the water is evaporated (about 8–10 minutes), the noodles should be ready. Add evaporated milk, whole milk, and cheese to noodles. Mix until combined well. Add BBQ sauce, meats, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and sriracha.
