Karahi Chicken and Veggie Chili

Mmmm! Indian food is my favorite! Now all those amazing rich flavors is a delicious chili. Serve it with some fresh warm naan!

Ingredients:
1–2 lb chicken, cooked and diced
1 1/2 cups white beans, cooked
1 1/2 cups black beans, cooked
1 1/2 cups split peas, cooked
3/4 cup potato, peeled and diced
3 medium carrots, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 onion, roughly chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced thin
1 T garlic ginger paste
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp cumin
2 T masala
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup half and half

Directions:
Combine all (except half and half) in a crock pot. Cook on high for 5 hours. 15 minutes before eating, add the half and half, stir, and warm. Serve topped with sour cream and cilantro, if desired, with naan on the side.
