Bruno is a creative agency that helps clients build their brand or product identity.

When we initiated our own rebranding from AgenceMe to Bruno, you might think it was easy. Long story short, it was not.

OK, let’s do the long story! We’re always eager to take on our clients’ projects, but taking a step back to work on one’s own brand is quite challenging for an agency.

Good thing we love to challenge ourselves! Our values are what make us unique and different from other agencies. They are what bring us together, and agreeing with them means being part of the Bruno family.

So this is what we came up with: Love, Balance, Benevolence, Spirit and Skill. Let me explain.

Love

A positive relationship between the parts of a whole. State of relations between people or among a group that results from the agreement of thoughts, feelings, and will.

As you may or may not know, Bruno is a family business. So of course we love each other! We enjoy working together as much as meeting outside of work and traveling across the world.

We have very intimate relationships with all of our team members and we aim to build this kind of relationship with our clients as well. Because as we like to say here at Bruno, meeting with the client is like going on a date: in many ways, it’s our job to seduce them by putting our best foot forward.

This is generally easy for us because we love our jobs. We are creatives, some might say artists, so we are very passionate.

Balance

Controlled stability. A condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions.

We understand balance as the perfect combination of opposed forces.Our projects might seem quirky at first, but when you see it all together, everything makes sense and is perfectly balanced.

Did you know that the most frequent zodiac sign in Bruno is Libra (Balance in French) ? It is just like we were born with the ability to balance work and social life, client satisfaction and innovation, rapidity and quality, form and content.

Benevolence

Disposition of mind inciting understanding, softness towards others.

Benevolence is key when it comes to understanding our clients needs and offering them the best service. We consider each project as our own, as if we were creating our own website and working on our own branding. Therefore, we work hard to make them perfect for the client, but also for us because we need to be proud of our work.

And of course just like family members, the Bruno team members help each other out and grow stronger together.

Spirit

The Intangible seat of thought and idea. An original and ingenious way to envision things.

The spirit is what we have that others don’t, the little special thing in our work, the Bruno spirit that makes it unique.

It is this light that we seek to reach, this little engine running continuously helps us move forward: it is the constant search for the right word, the design or illustration that will strike the right cord, the animation that will make heads turn.

Skill

The ability to do something well; expertise.

As mentioned earlier, the Bruno team is very talented. From the Masters Degree in sushi tasting, to the expertise in coffee machine maintenance, not to mention the plant repotting certificate. We can say we have plenty of skills.

Oh, and we also manage to squeeze in some time to design and develop quality websites!
