Q1. What are the differences in item rarity?
Items classified as N, R, and SR have varying rates for acquiring Universe Points and Crystal Shards. You can find this information in the item tooltip or by checking the Point Info window at the top left of your HUD.
However, SSR items are a bit different. The SSR grade isn’t solely based on the quantity of Crystal Shards they yield. Instead, SSR items are designated due to their special functions or high rarity. For instance, outfits with features that influence gameplay or provide additional currency are marked as SSR. For furniture, SSR items have only been distributed through events so far and yield more Universe Points than SR items.
Q2. What’s the benefit of having a complete item set?
If you equip all four parts of an outfit (head, top, bottom, and shoes) as a complete set, you’ll receive a set bonus for Universe Points and Crystal Shard acquisition rates. Note that face and back accessories, which are purchased separately in-game, are not part of the set bonus. You can find this information in the item tooltip or the Point Info window.
Q3. What’s the difference between upgrading a set to +5 and +10?
When you upgrade an NFT item, you’ll receive a reinforcement bonus that increases the rates at which you acquire Universe Points and Crystal Shards. The higher the upgrade level, the better the bonus.
Q4. What’s the difference between placing regular items and NFT items in your apartment?
In-game furniture can be up to SR grade, while only three NFT royal furniture pieces, distributed through events, have SSR grades. These SSR items provide higher rates of Universe Points and Crystal Shard acquisition. This information can also be checked in the item tooltip or Point Info window.
Q5. What’s the difference when playing game modes with NFT sets?
Scenario mode and part-time jobs offer fixed rewards, regardless of equipment grade. However, when you play dungeon battles with a full set of four outfit parts, you’ll receive a bonus on Crystal Shard drops from monsters. Additionally, items like the Pinkfong Bag and Jenny Bag allow access to areas in Scenario mode that are normally inaccessible.
Q6. What’s coming in the next game update?
The next update will introduce new outfits and furniture. Additionally, we’re enabling reinforcement effects on NFT items that could be upgraded but didn’t previously activate any bonuses.
Q7. What Web3 model will the game adopt?
We’re aiming to create an environment where Web2 and Web3 users can coexist seamlessly. Traditional Web3 models often faced challenges maintaining ecosystems due to more miners than users. Many projects have tried to address this by converting miners into active users or drawing Web2 users into blockchain environments, but high entry barriers have hindered these efforts.
BSU leverages a strong IP and accessible gameplay to attract Web2 users and make blockchain content easily available within the app. Web3 users can stake tokens or NFTs to continuously provide content assets for Web2 users, who can then use them for activities like crafting equipment or decorating villages in the open world.
Q8. How can I swap USDT to IMX?
Currently, the BSU Hub doesn’t support token swaps beyond chain bridges. To swap USDT for IMX tokens on the IMX zkEVM chain, you’ll need to use a separate Dapp like QUICKSWAP (https://quickswap.exchange/). Simply select the IMX zkEVM chain and proceed with the desired token exchange.
Q9. How can I connect to purchase IMX NFTs?
BSU NFTs can be traded on Tokentrove, Sphere, and OKX Marketplace. To access these platforms, go to the Marketplace tab on the BSU Hub (https://hub.babysharkuniverse.io/marketplace-imtbl), select the platform you want to use, and you’ll be able to trade BSU NFTs there.
