Panel: Taking Blockchain Beyond Cryptocurrencies

Despatch from Turing Fest 2018

Now in its third year Turing Fest has established itself as one of the pre-eminent multi-disciplinary tech conferences — delivering outstanding content over two days in August.

Best of all? It all takes place in Edinburgh so I can literally walk across the Meadows to a world class event rather than having to get on a plane and fly half way around the world.

Anyway I was invited to moderate a panel on blockchain with strict instructions from Turing Fest CEO and co-founder Brian Corcoran not to disappear down the usual cryptocurrency rabbit hole into Wonderland :)

Fortunately this turned out to be easy with the help of an exceptional panel consisting of Amber Baldet (CEO & Co-founder, Clovyr), Silas Davis (CTO, Monax) and Susan Ramonat (CEO, Spiritus).
