Have you ever felt stressed when packing a suitcase because you were unsure of what you’d wear on your holiday? After that have you told yourself that you would donate some of your clothes when you came back but you didn’t find the motivation?

Don’t worry. You’re not alone!

Putting all your clothes, shoes and accessories out makes you wonder how cool you would look in them and the best occasions to wear them. You’re afraid of losing a nice opportunity somewhere in the future if you give them away. But guess what… you’ll have fun regardless!

You don’t need a piece of outfit for every single day of the month. You can combine the same jeans with 3 different blouses or t-shirts and no one would tell the difference. You’d still look amazing and avoid future stress when packing for holiday, cleaning your room or moving out.

Plus, you can always get a piece of outfit from the place you’re visiting that is traditional there. Then, every time you wear it, you’d remember the nice time you had. People might even ask you where you got it from and you’ll get the opportunity to talk about that unforgettable holiday of yours.

So… cleaning a closet is an entire afternoon gone. Most things you find will make you wonder and wonder… Why not getting a sort of supervisor that would allow you to wonder for a bit and then motivate you to keep up with the work?

Here are 3 easy steps you could follow to organise your closet with the help of a friend (or friends)!

Find a good playlist

Music makes everything more fun. Your friend and you can sing to the lyric and have a few dancing moments while moving around. Organising your closet would not seem so tedious anymore.

Divide it into groups

Instead of putting everything out of your closet and drawers, we advise you to start from one storage at the time. For instances, if you have a drawer with sporty clothes, start deciding the destiny of those clothes before getting more out. That will prevent you to go crazy.

Also, prepare three large boxes for clothes you’d like to keep, donate or throw away (if they cannot be fixed and/or given any purpose). You can ask for boxes at supermarkets, restaurants and things of the kind. They receive new products all the time and recycle the boxes.

Don’t get trick on putting the stuff you’d like to keep back on the drawer/closet. When you’re done deciding to which box each thing belongs to, have a second look at what you decided to keep. Most likely, you’d have second thoughts about something. If you do, it does not belong in the drawer/closet.
