Hence, BuddyDAO came up with a solution of bringing a guarantor along with the borrowers. This guarantor must know the borrower closely and he certainly should have a lot of off-chain data about the borrower to predict his creditworthiness.
BuddyDAO leverages this on-chain data to analyze each borrower assuring lenders to invest freely.
