Yet another day of figuring out how to disguise your flabby arms!

If I see one more cute sleeveless top that I can’t wear, I might just lose it.

Trust me, I’ve been there.

I’m so busy I barely have time to even think about my jiggly arm fat.

I avoided tank tops like the plague and insisted on keeping the lights off during intimate times with my husband to hide my arms.

Ugh, talk about embarrassing!
