I started my journey slowly with push-ups.
Standard push-ups were tough at first, but I worked on my form: keeping my core braced, shoulders down, elbows tucked.
As I got stronger, I moved to incline push-ups for that upper chest pump.
And when I wanted to blast my lower pecs, I did decline push-ups with my feet elevated. Talk about a burn!
After a few weeks, it was time to really shock those chest muscles.
I added dips to my routine, gripping two chairs and lowering myself down until I felt that deep stretch in my pecs.
Those were killer!
I was sore for days after my first dip session.
Once I built up decent strength, I switched to bodyweight flyes to focus on isolating my chest.
It was crazy how much I could feel it working as I slid my hands out wide and squeezed my pecs together.
I won’t lie — it wasn’t easy.
I was dripping sweat by the end of every chest workout.
But gradually I noticed definition peeking through.
My pecs were popping, my arms were more defined.
And I saw the results in the mirror — a chiseled chest I never thought possible without weights!
