When I log back in I see processes for the old and new connections

When logged into SSH you can get disconnected. This just happend to me twice on an Amazon Linux instance.

When I reconnected I ran:

sudo lsof -i

I could seen multiple processes showing an SSH connection to my machine when there should only be the main active connection I am currently using.

In addition, it seems like I should get reconnected to that existing process.

Follow for updates.
