For business owners, entrepreneurs, and founders… creating value is critical to finding product-market fit, short and long-term survivability, and ultimately the success of the organization, business, product, or idea.

If you’ve worked at, or run, a big tech company, you’ve probably heard a lot of people talking about “value” and “impact.” These two words and what they mean to a company are part of many corporate cultures and show up in performance reviews, roadmaps, decision making, and organizational strategies. In addition, the value and impact a company creates can be reflected in its valuation, share price, and overall profitability.

Suppose you’re trying to unlock more value and create a significant impact as a business, leader, manager, or team. In that case, it’s essential to have a shared framework that describes how to create and deliver value that works at every level of your organization. So what would a framework that helps everyone find, develop, and provide disproportionate value and impact compared to the time invested look like?

With a shared framework, everyone can better explore the problems you and your team can solve, unlocking value that can be created and delivered to your customers, teams, stakeholders, and yourself.

I have a background in human-centered and design thinking. It’s not necessary to unpack what those methodologies are right now. However, you need to know that these methodologies are useful to anyone wanting to create…
