Buildbot 1.1.0

I am happy to announce the release of Buildbot 1.1.0.

This month is the first month we use semver for calculating our version number. Despite being a very quiet month, we have 2 small features in the core, but this still deserve a minor number increment.

You can now add defaultProperties in builders. The normal properties of a builder will override the properties coming from changes. defaultProperties will only apply if the change do not have those properties. Thanks to Robin Jarry for submitting the issue, and following up with a patch.

Mike Cline added in the UI the option to have a special log named “summary”. When the UI finds such log, it will automatically show that summary in the build page, and collapse the other logs. This can be very useful to provide better debug info for your developers.

Thanks to them for adding new features to Buildbot, and thanks to the other contributors for their bug fixes, which details are in the release notes!
