BTF’s Educational Toys4Kids Project Sparks Imagination, Encourage Curiosity, Brings Hope to Rural School Kindergarten Classes…

As BTF volunteers, we asked ourselves how we encourage curiosity, creativity, and innovativeness in rural school kindergarten classes. That is how we came up with the idea of creating EducationalToys4Kids project geared toward helping rural area kindergarten classes, which do not have the same opportunities as their more fortunate peers but just as bright and inquisitive.
Making educational toys available in kindergarten classes can help children learn different life skills as well as helping with their creativity, imagination and curiosity. These toys contribute to good intellectual, social, and motor development.
Playing with their peers teach them problem solving skills and conflict resolution. In this way, they develop positive self-image, which improves their self-esteem.
It is scientifically proven that learning through play is important for children’s development so playing is by far the most natural form of learning.
Since play has such an important place in the development of children, United Nations High Commission for Human Rights recognized it as a right of every child.
Children can learn in so many different ways when they are playing. When they are given toys and let them discover by themselves or with their teachers, peers, children are given a chance to bond with each other and their teachers. They learn, socialize, acquire problem-solving skills and have fun at the same time. Moreover, making education enjoyable will help children retain the things they learn and develop a positive attitude toward learning.
Our EducationalToys4Kids project is brought together to engage children’s senses, spark their imagination and encourage them to interact with each other. Each set has 30 pieces of toys, BTF EducationalToys4Kids List,which costs $500, our dream partner in Turkey is Liva Educational Products Company.
