In Memory of Tümer…
There are some of your friends that you cannot start and finish the day without talking to them. You always think that you will grow old with them because you have grown up with them. You want to get his opinion on every issue. Even if you are away from each other, you always feel their support. Tümer has been such a friend for us.
Our beloved friend, Tümer Topcu, who has always been an exceptional father, husband, brother and son was taken from us decades too early and unexpectedly on December 22, 2016.
We want his memory to live in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at METU where he has studied his favorite profession. On behalf of Tümer, we would like to run the campaign for the renovation project necessary for the BMB1 amphi, to survive for future generations and to keep pace with the evolving educational standards. We look forward to your support to keep Tümer’s name and memories alive and to shed light on future generations.
