What is Chicisimo?

Chicisimo is the app that helps women decide what to wear, used by millions of women throughout Europe and the Americas.

Chicisimo is “Best App of the Year” in the Play Store, and has been extensevely featured by Apple in the US, Canada, France, Italy, Brazil and 45 other countries.

Chicisimo is growing an average of +20% per month for 15 months in a row, and we now need help.

We are looking for a person with the following characteristics:

• A very smart, analytical and highly organized individual. You need to be able to work individually and as part of the team;
• You need to a be a fast learner with a very proactive attitude. You want to make things happen;
• With an interest for fashion;
• You live online!

What are we offering?

• You will learn how a mobile app is built, and how to reach millions of women. You will learn about user behavior, and about making decissions based on data;
• You will lead a very specific area within Chicisimo, with total support from the rest of the team. Your work will have direct impact in millions of women. You will see that impact immediately;
• You will work analizing opportunities and making decissions based on data;
• You will have a good salary. You will start as an Online Manager Assistant, but we are looking for someone who grows to be a future Online Marketing Manager.

What’s the work environment?

• We are a product startup. We are a very small team of 8 engineers and fashion lovers, building a product people love. We obsess over data and behavior, and we grow by doing small, fast improvements to the app. We try to focus by working on a very small amount of things;
• We all work remote. We don’t have a traditional office. Our office is located in Slack & Github & Hangout. You don’t need to know what these are, you’ll learn (hint: it’s how almost everyone will work in the future). You will be based wherever you want, and at the same time you will be, and feel, very close to the rest of the team and perfectly coordinated;
• We all report to all. We will teach you how to be successful at your job, and you will have total support both from the rest of the team and from others in the community, with whom we share learnings.
