Agree with the sentiment of a release cadence, but not sure what this has to do with DevOps.

Model I’ve heard the most about uses flags to turn on and off experiments for various groups. If you’re using that model, then ui and feature changes should be disconnected from the devops cycle, but instead be gated by the feature flagging (and changed with flag groupings in the database).

Are you arguing for something different?
