As a Salesforce trainee, discovering the intricacies of Experience Cloud felt intimidating. The wide range of features, customisation options, and the unique architecture seemed to be a challenge to get around.

However, throughout the course of learning, I’ve come across a range useful resources that have helped navigate the depth of the platform. Whether you’re completely new or just lacking practical experience, these resources should set you on our way!

Experience Cloud is a Salesforce offering designed to improve engagement between audiences by enabling you to build your own online communities. In addition, Experience Cloud revolves around customer and partner portals, providing users with self-service tools, and personalised content.
