Q1. What is bulldax program?

  1. Fixed Income program
    Hanbitco is the first exchange in Korea to introduce a service like bulldax composed of Fixed Income Services that share interest with users. Currently, bulldax boasts interest rates ranging from 6~6.5% for Fixed Income Programs. Users can deposit their funds and gain consistent interest from bulldax programs.
  2. bulldax DeFi Yield
    bulldax DeFi Yield programs allow users to easily and safely deposit their funds on DeFi protocols. You can read more about the bulldax DeFi Yield program on our DeFi Yield FAQ.

Q2. How do I subscribe?

You can enter the desired amount of virtual assets you want to deposit through the bulldax subscription page.

Q3. How does bulldax provide interest for the following programs?

Funding for the bulldax interest is provided from partner companies verified by Hanbitco.

The partner companies managing funds have return records of at least one year and are trusted professional trading companies that have passed Hanbitco’s risk management verification tests.

To ensure a stable and safe financial management system, Hanbitco receives daily reports on asset status from our partners.

Q4. How can I trust bulldax?

Hanbitco was started by a team of first-generation security, finance and blockchain experts: NH Securities, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and etc. We have been in the industry since 2015.

Hanbitco acquired ISO27001 in 2018 and became the sixth Korean virtual asset exchange to obtain government issued ISMS certification in 2019.

Additionally, Hanbitco CEO Sunga Kim was appointed as the chairwoman of the Korea Blockchain Association’s Committee to represent the position of virtual asset exchanges in Korea.

Q5. How many times can I participate in Fixed Income programs? Is there a limit?

A user can participate on a daily basis without any restrictions. If the set cap is met, the program will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q6. Are all interests from programs guaranteed?

All programs are an investment and there is always a small chance of potential capital loss.

Q7. Is it possible to stake for a longer duration?

Program duration is fixed depending on specific Fixed Income programs.

The duration for each program will vary depending on the type of product such as 28, 30, 60, 90 Days. Users can utilize the roll-over function to automatically participate on the next product along with the interest earned from the previous program.

Q8. Can I cancel my subscription in the middle of the program?

Users cannot cancel the subscription if one has is already participating in a program.

Q9. Can I trade and stake at the same staking?

Since the assets will be on trusted hands of our partners, users cannot trade with deposited capital until the program is finished.

Q10. Are interest rates (%) same for all programs?

Interest rates (%) may vary depending on the time and period of the virtual asset deposit interest program.

Q11. How can I see if I have correctly participated in a program?

Users can find information regarding programs users are currently participating in the ‘Assets’ Page.

Q12. Can I know how much interest I will receive at the end of the program?

The expected amount of interest for each fixed-income program can be found at the ‘Assets’ Page.

Q13. Is there a minimum or a maximum participation limit for the fixed-income program?

The minimum and maximum participation limit of crypto assets deposit interest service can be checked through each products application page and the notices of the Fixed Income program.

Q14. When does the settlement process happen?

The settlement for all programs will occur at the end of the program. (However, if the ending date of the program in on a weekend or a holiday, settled interest will be returned on the following working day.)

Q15. What is the decimal policy for bulldax?

All participation, principal, and interest amounts in bulldax are rounded down from the fifth decimal digit to the fourth decimal digit.
