1) Pessimistically Optimistic on Blockchain
Blockchain industry is in its infancy. There are tons of major technical hurdles and many legal issues.
Sometimes, it looks like the whole ‘Blockchain’ thing is over-rated. Like what crypto economics talk about, such as incentive, is not new. It is rather an out-dated story in traditional MBA. Nobody but the Blockchain guys takes it seriously.
We are not saying it’s nothing or scam. We just want to be more observant through the eyes of the skeptics. This industry would disrupt the world but not immediately, not today or tomorrow.
But it eventually will. And we have full confidence in the change. We do believe Blockchain can fundamentally change how the world works.
2) Doers: Skin in the Game
We value the Doers, not the Speakers. If you want it, Just do it.
“What do you want out of your life?” maybe a silly question. When people say they want something, they can go and get it. No need to explain all the hassles and what is needed to get it.
What determines your success is not “What do you would want to enjoy.” The right question would be, “What pain are you willing to overcome.”

And you are dumb when you don’t have the skin in the game. You can learn only when you do it, Learning by Doing.
Skin in the Game, SKIN IN THE GAME
We are going to have a series of interview with the real Doers in this industry, those who have their skin in the game. I want to ask them: What keeps you up at night, Why you do it. What you are DOING.
3) Why Underpitch
We don’t oversell Blockchain. Everyone is overselling Blockchain to get paid instantly, like tomorrow.
Trust is the most important resource of all. Overpitching is lending the tomorrow’s trust to pay for today’s interest. There will be significant consequences when the public is not satisfied.
Blockchain guys are ignoring the world before crypto. We should be humble and teachable. This industry just started inking. Think long-term. Never lie. Be radically transparent.
4) Bridging Asia and the World
There are many good materials in English, maybe some in Korean. But there is too much of gap.
We are based in Seoul, at the heart of Crypto Fever.
We want to tell the world what is happening in Korea in English first, and then translate what is happening in the world back to Korea
By doing so, we want to become a bridge between Korea(Asia) and the world.
5) We are an open organization
We are trying to be as inclusive as possible. Openness and diversity make us great and beautiful.
