Why I Think Philosophy Should Be The Main Subject In Education

The study of the nature of existence and knowledge.

Philosophy not only targets the study of existence, but knowledge. And this means that it targets how a person thinks and why a person thinks that way.

It studies the core of the mind, studying philosophy teaches one to think in a different way.

It represents many symbols and beliefs. It is a way of life, a true mind opener.

Philosophy Is A Code To Life

It is a way of life to live by, to look at you and your life with a wider view. It aims at a deeper sense of self. It makes you make clearer decisions.

You live by it, which means you live a happier more fulfilled life. It guides your life in a better direction.

Rational Thinking

Rationality is the quality or state of being rational — that is, being based on or agreeable to reason. Rationality implies the conformity of one’s beliefs with one’s reasons to believe, and of one’s actions with one’s reasons for action.

Becoming more aware of reality and acceptance of it. Simplifying your life in a way. You can train your mind to think more rationally.

Rational thinking trains you to see what you have and not want for more. What you have is what you have and having what you need it really all that matters.

Philosophy in the youth should be implemented more.

Is it corrupting or empowering? My answer is empowering, not just saying that because I am young.

I’m saying it because it would train a young mind to handle things better like stress and anxiety, which humans struggle with more than anything. It would train a desire to know, curiosity would become more of a want.
